Twins....Starting to resemble eachother??? Lil Bit!!

Well, they're starting to resemble eachother except that Johnny is 5 shades lighter and 5lbs heavier! They're not up to much...Johnny is batting at toys and just discovered he has hands and feet! Alexa is trying desperetely to roll over, she's almost there :)

They'll be 6 months at the end of March but they defenitely seem more like 4 month olds than 6 months! The extra 2 months of the baby stage can be tough!!

Boys Will Be Boys!!

Thought I'd share this pic I captured with my phone! Johnny was crying and Jackson grabbed Ava's naked Ariel doll, guess he figured this was the best thing to calm him down! He was right!! He instintly stopped crying and was checking out the red headed mermaid!!

Boys will be Boys!!! LOL! :)

The incredible Hulk....a.k.a JACKSON!!!

Jack had his casts put on last week for his "toe walking" and has adapted surprisingly well!! He has special shoes to wear but has taught himself to run, jump and walk down stairs without them. If you could imagine running on casts, it seems impossible but he has managed this and has managed it well!! :) The doc told poppy today that he has to stop this because he will get hurt and I'm amazed that he hasn't yet! So, now for another battle of wearing the shoes!! He will have them on for 6 weeks (gets them off March 30th) and then has to wear braces for 6 months to a year and after all of this should no longer walk on his tippy toes! There would be no harm I suppose if we let this go except that when/if he plays sports he'd be in pain afterwards so better correct it now! So, the short version is that Jack can't walk like you and I on our "whole foot" because his tendon is so tight. The casts are taken off and new tightened ones are put on every Tuesday morning to strech the tendon out!

Also, Jack got a sinus infection his first week back to school! Apparently preschool is where Jack goes to get sick not to learn!! :( We were told at the doc office that he needs to start getting more protein in his diet! This will be just as hard as getting him to wear those shoes if not harder. He is the pickiest kid EVER!! I'm going to start w/peanut butter and go fromthere since the kid refuses to eat meat unless it's in the shape of a dinosaur!

Never a Dull Moment!!
